5 classes – €30 Post-Natal Online Pilates course instructed by Theresa McGinn, Chartered Physiotherapist & Stott qualified Pilates Instructor Exercises have been chosen to assist your body’s recovery post partum. You should obtain permission from your obstetrician / GP before commencing any new form of exercise during pregnancy. You can begin post natal pilates with a qualified instructor 4 weeks post normal delivery and 9 weeks post caesarian section
